Making use of our Dutch resident in-house royalty and finance companies ensures that the contractor is always independent to the client company and that all substance and thin capitalization requirements are met.

The sole activity of the in-house royalty company is to exploit intellectual property rights by concluding international contracts based on contractual relations. That exploitation is not limited to receiving and granting licenses for trademarks, patents and so on, but also includes the exploitation of image rights belonging to internationally famous athletes and entertainers.
The sole activity of the in-house finance company is to act as an impartial mediator in financing structures managed through the Netherlands.
