Appointment of directors, supervisory board members and advisors
Japanese entities often consider the Netherlands as a springboard for expansion into Europe. At Vermeer we are proud to propose our clients a number of directors, members of the advisory board or advisors with a substantial background in working with and for Japanese companies. Some of them have been living in Japan and have been - or are - frequently travelling to Japan. Others have for example a profound financial background while working for Japanese companies. Also in that respect we are proud to represent the long Dutch – Japanese relations.
